Educação Exponencial wraps up the semester with a focus on skill development
On November 28th, the Educação Exponencial program will host its final presentation, marking the culmination of another successful cycle. This innovative course, centered on creating fictional app companies, aims to empower participants with entrepreneurial and technological skills. Over the semester, 41 students — including individuals with disabilities — actively engaged in virtual classes, blending tech education with a focus on collaboration, autonomy, and innovation.
A recent survey conducted by the program coordinators highlights the initiative’s positive impact. According to the results, 94% of participants reported significant improvement in teamwork skills, while 91% felt more confident expressing their ideas in group discussions. Notably, the program has been praised for fostering communication, research, and innovation skills.
Educação Exponencial provides a space for personal and collective growth, emphasizing inclusive education and preparing students for the future. Divided into 8 groups, participants, starting from the age of 9, developed and pitched their own app ideas in a dynamic, idea-rich environment.
The final ceremony will showcase the students’ creative achievements and celebrate their learning journey. For Instituto TIM, these results affirm its commitment to expanding access to inclusive and transformative education that meets the needs of a changing world.
