Círculo training sessions for teachers

Teachers working in the municipal education network of 20 Brazilian cities are participating in the training sessions of O Círculo da Matemática do Brasil in 2015. There are two 4-hour sessions in which project educators present the project’s approach and carry out group activities.

TFC is an official project in 6 cities

Six municipal departments of Education have decided to adopt TIM Faz Ciência as an official project: in the cities of Florianópolis-SC, Porto Alegre-RS, São Bernardo do Campo-SP, Santo André-SP, Teresópolis-RJ and Itapevi-SP. The program will contribute to the curriculum of municipal schools in 2015.
