Last Saturday, February 23, Bateria do Instituto TIM entertained the small revelers of Mini Bloco, a children’s pre-Carnival block of the Tijuca neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro-RJ. The presentation took place at Praça Xavier de Brito and gathered hundreds of children and their families.
