TIM Tec has launched a new course to increase the educators knowledge about what are MOOCs. In MOOC and new ways of learning, teachers Paula Furtado, Ana Rute Mendes and Fábio Flatschart present what characterizes a MOOC and the relevance of this type of course.
Read MoreThe TIM Tec MOOC platform reached the milestone of 3,000 people enrolled in 11 courses already published. In total there are 3,023 students registered on the platform. In the first months of the year, around 10,000 people visited the website: 4,645 new visitors in February and another 4,432 new visitors in March.

Three courses are already available: HTML5 – Introduction to the Front End, Games Design and the TIM Faz Ciência course for teachers. The classes are free and, in online video format, and managed by a teacher who is an expert in the subject.
