ZUP in the fight against Aedes aegypti

In Boa Vista (RR), the ZUP (Participatory Urban Governance) platform is being used in actions to fight the Aedes aegypti mosquito that transmits dengue fever and virus zika. With the system the healthcare workers record where the mosquito breeding site are and what has been done to combat them.

ZUP is launched in Rio and Boa Vista

The ZUP – Participatory Urban Governance platform was officially launched in two more cities: Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and Boa Vista (RR). The free software created by the Instituto TIM will be used in both cities by municipal agents to improve the management of urban services and assets.
