Agentes da Transformação in 2014

The Agentes da Transformação project will be held in another 7 pacified communities of Rio de Janeiro in 2014 and will be a little bit different: the young researchers will not only collect data, but will also be responsible for listing the households to be surveyed. They will be trained and will work on a pre-list.

Scientific initiation influences youths

It was in Clube do Pesquisador Mirim, an initiative by Emilio Goeldi Museum in Pará supported by IT, that the environmental scientist Cesar Silva began his career as a researcher. At the time, he was 11 years old and was taking his first steps in science, during one of the first activities of the project.
