Registrations for the 2017 edition of the Academic Working Capital program are open. Student groups from any undergraduate program can subscribe – as long as the group coordinator is, mandatorily, enrolled in the Final Project execution stage in Engineering courses or in the Computer Science field programs. It will be accepted Final Projects aiming to create new technology-based companies. The program offers financial, technical and business support to the selected projects during one year.
It is required to make a pre-subscription on the AWC website to receive by email instructions, proposal template and required documents for subscription, which can be performed until December 19th. Publication of selected groups will be carried out on December 23rd on the program website. In this edition, students from Rio Grande do Sul will also be able to participate, in addition to university students from the Federal District, Espírito Santo, Mato Grosso do Sul, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina and São Paulo.
In 2017, the groups will participate in three on-site workshops, two online workshops and one Investment Fair. AWC 2016 participants are already finishing the functional prototypes of their products to present them in the Investment Fair, on December 14th. On December 12th and 13th, the third on-site workshop of the year will be held, dedicated to prepare groups for the Fair.
