Software for the creation of a platform for managing urban services and assets
ZUP is a free software (AGPL v3 License) that enables the creation of a platform in which public managers can record, analyze and track the resolution of urban governance demands (manhole cleaning, trash collection, tree trimming, among others) and inventory urban items and assets (light poles, trees, bus stops, etc.). The platform contributes to citizens participation, who can record reports of issues found throughout the city with pictures and geo-reference. Users can visualize a map with all opened demands, track the status of their requests, exchange messages with the responsible managers, and assess the results.
