The coordinator of SNCT and director of the Department of Popularization and Dissemination of Science and Technology of the MCTI, Douglas Falcão, explains that this edition of the Week broke the record of participating institutions and the numbers are expected to increase, since many institutions will continue their activities until the end of the year. “It is a reflection that the institutions are realizing that when we have people informed about and trained in science and technology, their relationship with S&T changes both as a consumer and as a protagonist,” he states. “We hope that the partnership with Instituto TIM and other institutions will continue, because in the end the beneficiaries are the Brazilian people,” completes.
